Betty F. Crites, 88, of Xenia, OH formerly of Huntington, WV, went to her eternal rest on April 25, 2012 after a lengthy illness.
Born in 1923, she lived in Huntington all of her life until she had cancer. Then she made her home with her family.
Left to cherish her memory are a son, Phil A. Crites of Worthington, OH, a daughter, Nancy S. Crites, of Xenia, OH, as well as several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and a very special poodle.
Betty was a secretary with Region III Child Development in Huntington until she retired in 1989.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home on Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH on Monday April 30, 2012 from 5pm to 7pm with memorial service starting at 7pm.
Pastor Pete Peterson of Mount Zion Church will be officiating.
Interment of ashes will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum in Huntington on Tuesday May 1, 2012 at 2pm with visitation prior to the service.
