Betty Burkhart-Skinner

Betty Faye Burkhart-Skinner, 80, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2022. Loving wife of Larry Skinner, adored mother of Rebecca (Samuel) Banks, Vic McConnell and Sherri (Bill) Faulkner, beloved mother in law of Scarlett Kreitzer, cherished sister of Jean Eastridge, Belinda Gray and Charles Beireis. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she adored.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband David Lee Kreitzer Sr. and Kelly T. Burkhart; mother Laura Beireis; children Larry McConnell Jr., Terry McConnell, David Lee Kreitzer Jr. and Mark Kreitzer; grandchildren James McConnell, Heather McConnell, Jacob Walden and Joshua Walden; siblings Anna Mae Doss.

Her dog Chloe was a very important part of Betty's life. She loved to play Yatzee and doing puzzles. She was an angel on earth and touched everyone that she met. She will be greatly missed by all.

A memorial gathering will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd.) on Thursday July 28th, 2022 from 5pm - 7pm.
