Betty Jean Burchett, age 87, passed away September 26, 2015. She was born March 23, 1928 in Lima, OH to the late Lawrence and Madge Bond. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Burchett.
Betty is survived by her children: Don Burchett, Jeffery Burchett Seal and Kimberly (Mark) Canning; grandchildren: Jason Seal, Joshua Canning, Noah Canning and Sarah Riendeau; great-granddaughter, Abigail Riendeau; and brother, Richard Bond.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 am. Burial to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
