Betty Ruth Brumitt

Betty Ruth Brumitt, age 91, of Fairborn, Ohio, passed away June 1, 2022. She was born in Kingsport, TN on June 21, 1930 to the late Joseph and Lona Dillow. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jackie Paul Brumitt, Sr.; four brothers, three sisters; and her granddaughter, Angel Ruth Brumitt.
Betty is survived by her children: Sandra R. (Johnnie) Daniels, Teresa Paulette Garcia, Jackie Paul (Kathy) Brumitt Jr., Kathy Thornsbury, and Robin C. Brumitt; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren- including her special buddy, Dominic; close friend, Rita; and many other family and friends.
Betty loved to crochet, do word puzzles, and play bingo with her friends at Trinity nursing home. Her family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Trinity for the love and care they showed Betty.
A visitation will be held Monday, June 6, 2022 from 9:30am-10:30am at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Funeral service will follow at 10:30am.
