Betty A. Sherman

SHERMAN, Betty A., age 85, of Dayton, passed away peacefully Friday, October 31, 2008. She was born February 21, 1923, in Dayton, to the late Otto and Marcella Lensch. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years Cecil Sherman; brother Otto Lensch Jr.; sisters Patricia Hulse and Phyllis Brumbaugh. Betty is survived by her children Mark (Ann) Sherman and Anita (Alan) Monnin; grandchildren Brian, Sarah, Michelle and Rachel Sherman, Erica and Paul Monnin; and many other relatives and friends. A memorial mass will be held at 5:15 P.M. on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at Emmanuel Catholic Church, 149 Franklin St., Dayton. A reception will immediately follow the mass at church.
