Bettie S. Boyd, age 76 of New Carlisle, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 at The Hospice of Dayton. She was born February 18, 1939 in Council, VA to the late Frank and Maudie Ball. In addition to her parents, Bettie was preceded in death by her 4 siblings, Juanita Presley, Nedium Ball, Faye Murphy and Freeman Ball.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Anthony R. Boyd; 3 children, David (Sandra) Boyd, Timothy (Terri) Boyd and Sandra Gambill (Steve Olin); grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Williams, David R. Boyd, Tammi Mercier, Heather Mercier, Tim Boyd II, Casey Gambill, Kristina Gambill and Alexis Hetzel; 13 great-grandchildren, Evan, Emma, Braelyn, Jordyn, Brooke, Cruz, Jace, Ryder, McKenzie, Camron, Roman, Rani and Brody; sister, Joyce Johnson.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton, in Bettie's memory.
