SLYDER, Beth Ann age 42 passed away suddenly Sunday, January 15, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her cherished mother, Charlotte Slyder and father, Bethany "BT" Lundy; brothers, Lawrence and Dale.
She is survived by sisters, Shirley Tomlinson and Karen (Brian) Frederick; brother, Richard Slyder; nieces, Deborah Tomlinson and Chelsey Frederick; her soul mate, De'andre McLemore; and her beloved feline companion, Taz.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association.
Private services will be held at a later date.
