Beryl Dawn Weston

Beryl Dawn Weston, age 86 of Huber Heights, passed away August 1, 2018. She was born August 11, 1931 in Utica, NY. Beryl was preceded in death by her parents: Fredrick LaFortezza and Margaret (Owens) LaFortezza Hartman; husband, William J. "Jim" Weston; and grandson, Billy.

Beryl is survived by her sons: Scott (Katherine) Weston, James (Michelle) Weston and William (Linda) LaFortez; grandchildren: Jessica, Leah, Sean, Katey, Alec, Michael and Thomas; great-grandchildren: Brayden and Kynleigh; sister, Katherine Conley and nephew, Rick (Crystal) Conley.

Beryl worked at Weisenborn and Studebaker Middle Schools; she was a former board member of Wayne Pee Wee Football and Wayne Boosters. She enjoyed bowling and in her later years loved to play BINGO.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 6 pm. Burial will take place at 10:15 am on Monday at Dayton National Cemetery (Shelter Area A), along with her husband.
