Bertha Rich

RICH (OATES), Bertha I. "Bertie," age 86, of Kettering, passed away Mon., Oct. 25, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, William F. Oates; 3 daughters Jackie Allen (Charlie), Conni Lewis and Julie Rich-McCarty (Matt); 3 step-daughters Lisa Oates-Campbell, Sally Gonyer (Terry) and Cryssie Danishek (Chas); 5 grandchildren Scott and Shawn McLaine, Stacy Robinson, Bill Danishek and Niki Raflic, 10 great-grandchildren and former son-in-law Jim Mason. Funeral services 11 A.M., Thurs., Oct. 28, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Deb Egloff officiating. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 - 11 A.M. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Bertie's memory.
