Raffel, Bertha M., "Bert", "Windy", age 93, of Dayton, went to be with the Lord and to be reunited with her loving husband of 54 years, Bud, on Tuesday, October 29, 2013.
Bertha was born September 18, 1920 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Donald and Leona (Newland) Clarke.
She is survived by her son, Eugene Jr. "Gene" (Gail); 3 grandchildren, Kathy (Michael) Smith, Debbie (Rick) Carr, Danny (Mary) Raffel; 8 great-grandchildren, Jesse, Krystal(Greg), Kara, Katelyn, Amanda, Rachel(Matt), Tyler, and T.J.; 5 great-great-grandchildren, Jade, Ocean, Lyric, Cole, and Kohen; and many nieces and nephews.
Bert was preceded in death by her husband, Bud, great-grandson, Dan Jr., her parents and brothers and sister.
She was retired from Monarch Marking after 26 years.
