Bernice Evelyn Taulbee, 80, of West Carrollton, OH passed away Tuesday August 9, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Gerta Sammons; brother, David Sammons; sister, Ida Mae R.; and granddaughter, Leslie Waddell. Survivors include husband of 60 years, Walter Ray Taulbee, children, Michael (Peggy) Taulbee, David (Mary) Taulbee, and Kathy (Terry) Clawson; brother, William Sammons; sisters, Betty Stump and June Vernier; grandchildren, Jenny, Joey, Elaine, Scott, Kari, Julie, and Matthew; and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation is Thursday August 11, 2011 from 5pm to 7pm at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Funeral service is Friday August 12, 2011 at 12pm at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5550 Munger Road, Dayton, OH 45459.
Burial is in Miami Valley Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the church or to Hospice of Dayton.
