Bernice Kidd

KIDD, Bernice M., 83 of Dayton passed away Thursday, March 9, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton after a lengthy illness. Above all a loving wife and mother, she was a member of the St. Helen's Leisure Club and a longtime member of the Blue Army. Bernice also enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends, especially euchre and gin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ethel Bergemeier; sisters Elizabeth Padgett and Virginia Spatz; brother Joseph Bergemeier Jr.; and granddaughter Bonnie Lee Jeffries. She is survived by her husband Thomas H. Kidd; children: Sue Ann Roberts, Charlene Jeffries, Allison Reno, Tom Kidd, and Michael Kidd; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 1-3:00PM Sunday, March 12, 2006 at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd.). Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00AM Monday, March 13th at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 820 Bowen St., Dayton, Father Jeff Fulmer, celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
