Bernice E. Campbell

Bernice Eugenia Campbell, age 84 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born January 1, 1937 in Eastland, Tennessee to the late Benton and Nell Jones.
Bernice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She liked to watch Animal Planet and other funny television shows. She loved her Atlanta Braves as well as cooking and greasy food. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Campbell and many brothers and sisters.
Bernice will be missed by her, two daughters, Elizabeth Ann (William) Helms and Billie VanZant; son, Johnny Ray (Sandra) Campbell; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Patricia Williams; brother, Donnie Jones; and other family members.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bernice's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
