Berma Riley

December 19, 1926 — November 12, 2014

Berma J. Riley, age 87 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2014. She was born December 19, 1926 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late Martin and Pauline Kramer. In addition to her parents, Berma was preceded in death by her husband, William Riley.

Berma is survived by her son, Pat Riley; daughter, Terri Blackmon; grandchildren: Patrick Riley, Jr., Amber Riley and Christopher (Mindy) Riley; great grandchildren: Tessa and Jayden Riley; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Berma was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and retired from the City of Kettering after many years of service.

Visitation will be held from 2-5 pm on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Monday at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 Springboro Pike, Dayton. Fr. Tom Shearer, Celebrant. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Berma's family would like to express their sincere thanks to all the staff at Sycamore Glen Health Center and the Hospice of the Miami Valley for all of their loving care and services. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, contributions may be made in Berma's memory to the Hospice of the Miami Valley.
