Bennie Jenkins Sr.

JENKINS SR., Bennie age 76 of Clayton, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by Helen, his loving wife of 59 years, his son Bennie Jenkins Jr., son-in-law Victor Werling, grandson Wesley Grooms II, 8 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughters Linda Werling, Sharon Gotthardt and Kim Matlock, his son Gary and wife Debbie Jenkins; 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; sisters Katherine Clark and Straulie Flommersfeld; brother Emmanuel Jenkins; close friends Don and Darlene Imbus; and a host of other relatives and friends. Bennie served the Dayton area for many years as a Carpenter. Bennie was a loving father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, November 19, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Road. Family will receive friends from 9:00 am until time of service.
