Benjamin James Rosenkranz

Rosenkranz, Benjamin James age 26 of Kettering passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday July 5, 2023. Benny, as he was fondly called by his mom, sisters, and aunt was a humorous fun-loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, and uncle. His loud laugh, warm heart and smile will forever be missed.

Ben was a 2016 graduate of Kettering Fairmont High School and was attending classes at Sinclair. Ben loved playing video games, hanging out with friends at the Dayton Miracle Clubhouse, and teaching his niece how to play MineCraft.

Ben was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Joseph and Jane Rosenkranz, and maternal grandfather Jake Schumacher.

Ben is survived by his father James Rosenkranz (Ronda), mother Stephanie Snodgrass, sisters Sarah Rosenkranz, Elena Rosenkranz, Videl Snodgrass, maternal grandfather Joseph Walters, maternal grandmother Margaret Schumacher, paternal grandfather John Serena, and special aunt Christie Walters, along with several uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Please wear bright colored clothes to the Gathering to honor Ben's vibrant personality.
