Lewis, Jr. (Columbus); Mother, Phyllis (Willis) Howard-Prater (Dayton); (3) Brothers, James C. (Melanie) Howard, III (Houston, Tx); Corwyn L. (Azzure) Howard (Houston, Tx); Mathias C. Howard (Dayton); 1) Sister, Cynthia R. Howard (Dayton); (3) Grandchildren, Kennan, Jeanna, Nazir'e, all of Dayton; Father & Mother In Law , Harold (Betty) Lewis (Columbus); Sister In-Law, Dee Dee (Kil) Miser (Columbus); Special Aunts: Portia (Frank) Webb (Dayton), Judy Price (Charleston, W.
