Belva E. Miller, age 71, of West Milton, passed away after fighting a courageous battle with cancer on June 12, 2022. She was born February 4, 1951 in Franklin, OH to the late Luther and Gladys Triplett. In addition to her parents, Belva was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, James Miller; brothers: Ramah, Austin and Johnny Triplett; and great-grandchildren: Bay'Lee and Camiyah.
Belva is survived by her children: Lisa Bowlin (George) and Chuckie Miller; grandchildren: Elizabeth Hirst (Donovan), Ciera Jones, Jaime Freeman (Chris) and Christopher Wells (Ashley); great-grandchildren: Carissa, Christopher, Gracey, Grayson, Gemma, Emelia, Cain and Caden; sisters: Lillian Jackson, Pamela Triplett and Brenda Baker; brothers: William Triplett (Jayne) and Robert Triplett; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Belva was a member of the American Legion Tony Stein Post 619 Women's Auxiliary, where she served as the Historian. Belva and Jim had been a part of each others' lives since the ages of 11 and 12. Belva was a wonderful woman who had a huge heart, always helping others. She was a devoted wife and mother, her family was her world. Belva was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.
