Barry L. Knox, age 55 of Troy, passed away on Wednesday, May 1 2013. He is preceded in death by his father, Rexford Knox, Sr., mother and step-father, Blanch (Grutsch) and Bob Coffee; maternal grandparents,Betty and Warren Grutsch; and paternal grandparents, Launa Sr. and Mary Knox.
He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Rita R. Knox; sons, Ryan Knox, Shawn Knox, and Wayne E. Hale, Jr.; brothers, Rex Knox, Jr., Robert (Heidi) Coffee, Jeff (Angie) Knox, and Ronald (Sherry) Knox; sisters, Felicia (Mickey) Hawkins, Sandra Knox Royse, and Ruth Hon; step-mother, Minnie Knox; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Barry was employed with Huber Investments as a Certified Master Mechanic for over 20 years. He enjoyed long bike rides, and spending time with his loving family and four dogs.
