Barbara Ella Washing

Barbara Ella Washing (Ella Little, Ella Boggs), 98 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away April 17, 2023.

Barbara was born in 1925, in Linefork, KY, to loving parents, Tom and Mandy Boggs, sixth of 8 children.

She loved without bounds and made everyone feel as though they were her favorite person. She shared her love through cooking and always had something to share with visitors when they stopped by. She loved a good practical joke and spent many years playing pranks with and on her loved ones. Barbara was a devout member of Trinity Christian Assembly for over 35 years and loved her church family dearly. She was the epitome of a Christian woman - she loved the Lord and shared her faith and passion for God everywhere she went.

She was preceded in death by husband, Gene Little; husband, Albert Washing; her children, Raymond Little and Sheila Little, and is survived by her son, Tim Little; grandchildren, Darold Salyer, Esther McLean (Greg), Angie Salyer, Rob Donnersbach (Samantha), Matthew Little (Mercedes) and Chelsey Kakos (David); great grandchildren, Josh (Haleigh), Nick, Tom, Nathen (Tiffany), Ellie (Jeremy), Dalton, Andrew, Alice, Iris, Caleb and James; and great great grandchildren, Levi, Abel, Jude, Naomi, Madison, Evelyn, Ronan, Mackenzie, and Melanie; as well as many other family and friends.

Services will be held at Trinity Christian Assembly, 1146 Grange Hall Rd., Beavercreek, OH, on Friday, April 21, 2023. Visitation from 9:30am-11:30am, funeral services will begin at 11:30am; interment to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, in Brookeville, OH.
