Barbara Titus

Barbara Ann Titus, age 73, of Kettering suddenly passed away on Tuesday August 31, 2021.

Barb was born to Lillie and Bradley Rash, in Berea, KY, on November 25, 1947 and was raised in Dayton, OH. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ron Titus.

Barb is survived by her son Jason Titus; fiance Allison, granddaughter Brooklyn, and grandson Jacob; daughter Leah Neer and son-in-law Steve Neer; her mother Lillie Rash; sister Alma Jane (Dwayne) Key; sister Sharon (Donnie) Reed; brother Terry(Suzette) Rash; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Bradley Rash; brother Bob (Darlene) Rash; and mother-in-law Vera Titus.

Barb was a loving mother who adored her children. She was a loving daughter, sister, and grandmother. She had a beautiful spirit and openness that drew others near her. She worked many years teaching for Montgomery Board of MRDD and gave all her students and families her best self each and every day. She will be greatly missed among all of us who had the pleasure to know her.

The family will receive friends Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek) where a memorial service celebrating Barb's life will follow at 1:00 p.m.
