Barbara Lynn Stevens

Barbara Lynn Stevens passed away in her sleep on November 26, 2018 at St. Leonard's Memory Care Center. Barbara was born on January 7, 1943 in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Leland and Belle Anne Hilewick.
She went to Deveaux Grade School and DeVilbiss High School. She worked at Haughton Elevator in Sidney and Surface Combustion in Toledo where she met her husband, Darrell Stevens. They were married on June 13, 1980. Her hobbies were quilting and reading. When Darrell's work took them to the Dayton area, she started working at the Daisy Barrel in Fairborn. One of her quilts won a prize in a Miami Valley Quilter's Show. Her husband Darrell and all of her friends will sorely miss her sparkling blue eyes and bright smile.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 10 am to 12 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will begin at 12 pm.
