Barbara Kathryn Lively, age 94 of Kettering, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center. She was born August 26, 1920 in Ironton, Ohio the daughter of Orin and Sara Likens. She was very active at Fairmont Presbyterian Church, Dayton Country Club, and Dayton Woman's Club. She enjoyed golf, bowling, and bridge.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Ed Likens; and a nephew, Bart Likens.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Roy; two daughters, Sally (Bob) Illman and Anne (Robert "Hopper") Leeper; 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Marci Likens; a nephew and two nieces.
Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 9, 2015 at 10:30 am at Fairmont Presbyterian Church (3705 Far Hills Ave., Kettering, Ohio).
