Barbara Jean Denes

Barbara Jean Denes, age 72, of Xenia passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2012 after a long and courageous battle against breast cancer.
She is preceded in death by her parents David and Ann Carrico; daughter, Felicia Marie Denes; and brother, Michael D.Carrico, Sr.
Barbara is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Arthur Denes; daughter and son-in-law, Micheleann and David Slater; and her beloved grandson, Matthew Slater. She is also survived by her nephew, Michael D. Carrico, Jr; niece, Patricia Saltsman (Louie); several great-nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
At the family's request, grave-site services at Calvary Cemetery will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's name to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, PO Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309.
The family would like to thank all of her doctors, nurses, and caregivers at the MSICU of Kettering Memorial Hospital.
