Dieterle, Barbara R. "Barb" age 89, of Kettering, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 5, 1931 to the late Walter Lonsert and Gertrude Cibo (nee Williams).
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas J. Dieterle; brothers, Elmer, Burt, and Jim Lonsert; and sister, Lois Davis.
Barb is survived by her sons, Thomas J. Dieterle, David J. (Susan) Dieterle, Bryan L. (Mary) Dieterle; daughter, Carla A. (Anthony) Amburgey; grandchildren, Chris, Kevin, Kyle, Courtney, Brock, Morgan and Kayla; great grandchildren, Felicity, Abram, Josephine, Elizabelle, and Drew.
She was dedicated to her family and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed music, dancing, and camping. Barb and Tom were active in local, State and National square dancing activities as officers of the Super B's. Barb held a membership in the Milton Club and enjoyed the company of her friends weekly. Barb was also active with the Woman's Auxiliary at the Club.
In loving memory of Barb, contributions may be made to Day City Hospice, 8039 Washington Village Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45458.
Services will be held privately with the family.
