Barbara E. Cole, age 73 of Dayton, passed away July 24, 2017. Barbara was born July 15, 1944 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Daniel and Della Eldridge. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Euna Mae Eldridge; and brothers: William Kelly Eldridge, Lindsey Jay Eldridge and Albert Ray Eldridge.
Barbara is survived by her husband, James Cole; children: Robert Eldridge (Rachel) and Melissa Eldridge Lunsford (Charles); grandchildren: Ashley (James), Charles (Aimee), Chrissy, Taylor and Alexis; step-grandchildren: Curtis and Myrtle; great-grandchildren: Ashton, Mackenzie, Jaley, Madison, Christopher, Charlie, Denver, Diamond and Cassidy; brother, Bobby Gene Eldridge; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 12-1 pm on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of donations, please send flowers in Barbara's memory.
