Barbara Lucille Claypool

Barbara Lucille Claypool, 81, of Xenia, passed away April 20, 2017. Barbara was born in Bethel, Ohio on January 3, 1936 to the late Walter and Virginia Fancher. In her free time she enjoyed puzzles, sewing, crafting and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Fancher, Jr. and Raymond Fancher.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, James Claypool, Sr.; sons, James (Rita) Claypool, Jr., William K. (Andrea) Claypool; grandchildren, Amanda Claypool, Travis Claypool, Jordan Claypool, Kendal Claypool, Crystal (Brandon) Black, Dustin (Christina) Claypool, Adam (Alejandra ) Claypool, Trae Claypool; great grandchildren, Eli Claypool, Jace Black; and several other relatives and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
