Barbara Bohannon

Barbara Anne Bohannon, went home to be with the Lord on January 2, 2012. She was born August 20, 1934 in Kentucky to the late Boyd and Nellie Stidham. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Billy Gene Bohannon, Sr; and 13 brothers and sisters.

Barbara is survived by her four children, Teresa K. (Michael) Bertram, Billy G. Jr. (Valeri) Bohannon, Danny L. (Janice) Bohannon & Rebecca A. Noble; 19 grandchildren, Jean, Jason (Angie), Michael, Nathaniel, Billy G. III (Eve), Cassandra, Teressa, Jodie, Craig, Tiffany, Ray, Charles (Tomalena), Timothy, April, Amy (Chris) & Richard; 13 great grandchildren, Ian, Angelina, Dustin, Billy G. IV, Kaylee, Kyle, Miranda, Autumn, Dankia, Dryden, Aidan, Carter & Clyde; numerous nieces & nephews; and by her extended family & many good friends.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Friday. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
