B. Faye Van Horn

VAN HORN, B. Faye, age 84, of Riverside, passed away April 11, 2012. She was born November 4, 1927 in Scioto County, Ohio. Faye was a member of the Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Van Horn; two daughters, Letha Casteel and Shirley Evans; one son, John Van Horn Jr. She is survived by 4 grandchildren, Rick Evans of Columbus, Kim Casteel of Gainesboro, TN, Angie Anders of Gainesboro, TN, and Robyn Mustaine of Dayton; 6 great-grandchildren, Mikey Mustaine, Darren Anders, Latosha Meadows, Nolan Meadows, Andrew Meadows and Angela Mustaine. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Alzheimer's Association.
