Axel Jay Mobley was born into Heaven on March 17, 2022. He is the son of Cody and Caitlin Mobley; grandson of Johnnie and Alissa Mobley, Jennifer Babros, and Jon Babros; great grandson of George and Joanne Hill, Robert and Mary-Lou Babros, and Joan Hemingway; and the nephew of Cayden, Carter, and Miley Mobley, Jessica Babros, Valerie Gigous, and Russell Dull; as well as the great nephew of countless great aunts and uncles whose lives he touched without ever having to meet them. He was born into the arms of his grandfather, Charles "Eddie" Greer; great grandparents, Charles and Ruby Greer; and his double great mamaw and papaw, Hubert and Juanita Perry.
Axel has changed the lives of those around him in ways none of us ever could have imagined. He brought such joy to those who love him, without ever taking his first breath.
In lieu of donations, please consider sending care packages to the labor and delivery nurses at Miami Valley Hospital in Axel's name. We have met many angels among us as we stepped foot on this path, and we cannot imagine walking it without them. We have the names of the nurses that assisted our family through this difficult time, and can provide them upon request. However, every one of them deserves all the love we can give them.
Until we meet again, our sweet boy. You will always be our favorite "what if…"
