Ava Mintz

MINTZ, Ava F. 51 of Beavercreek, formerly of Va. & Fla.; passed away Wed. evening 8/11/04 at Hospice of Dayton. She is survived by her parents, Gerald Mintz Sr. & Marie Burchett; son, Sean Fishback; husband, Phil Fishback; 2 brothers, Gerald Jr. (Linda) & Donald & (Debbie) Mintz; loving friend of Va. Dan Nunley; Numerous aunts, uncles, family, with special thanks to Donna Oda and her friends; & many other loving friends. Services will be held 10 am Monday 8/16/04 at Newcomer Farley Funeral Home, 4101 Needmore Rd. Burial will follow at Beaver Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 6-8 pm at the funeral home; Ava will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. May the Angels guide you safely home.
