Age 78 of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at her home.

Audrey was preceded in death by two husband, Franklin James Lykins & Clayton Waldo Adkins; her parents, William Eugene & Mary Smith; two sons, Billy & Floyd "Butch" Lykins; two daughters, Dottie & Thelma Lykins; one grandson, Sean William Lykins; two brothers, John Franklin & Merlen Lee Smith; and by one sister, Edith Hollifield-Columber.

Audrey is survived by one son, Orville Eugene Lykins (& his fiancée, Betsy Shafford); two granddaughters, Joni Shay & Stacey Ann Lykins; two sisters, Margaret (& her husband, Bud) Crabtree and Phyllis McGrath; multiple nieces & nephews; and by her extended family & many good friends.

Audrey was a member of the International Faith Church. She was very family oriented and loved her church, friends, bluegrass music and working in her garden. The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to Suzanne "Suzie" Westfall for the love and care she provided to Audrey.

The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, at the funeral home with Pastor Gordon Kilburn officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.

After committal services family & friends are invited to gather for a meal at the International Faith Church, 20 South Drive, Fairborn, Ohio 45324. Contributions may be made in memory of Audrey to the church.
