Aster Brewer, Jr. "Dooley", age 60 of Dayton, passed away October 6, 2015. He was born August 13, 1955 in Blue Diamond, KY to the late Aster and Martha Brewer. In addition to his parents, Aster was preceded in death by his brothers: Carlos Brewer and Damon Brewer; sisters: Judy Godsey and Shirley Williams.
Dooley is survived by his children: Kevin (Holly), Keith (Amy), Aster (Randi), Carlos (Angie), Barbie, Joseph, Tara (Anthony), Brooke (Eric) and Jessie; numerous grandchildren; sisters: June (Art) Scott, Pat (Paul) Williams, Ruth (Willie) Hatton and Wendy (Cliff) Brewer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dooley was a member of New Beginnings Ministries.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 3-4 pm.
Contributions may be made in Dooley's memory to Newcomer Funeral Home to help the family with final expenses.
