Artris Andrews Sr.

ANDREWS, Artris Sr., 86 of Dayton; went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 15, 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cape & Lizzie Andrews; 4 brothers; 2 sisters; 3 grandchildren. Survivors include his loving wife of 64 yrs., Ruthie; 3 sons; Douglas (Shirley), Wilbert & Artris Jr. (Glenda)Andrews; 3 daughters, Ruthie (Johnnie) Page, Jean (George) Dangerfield & Gwendolyn Andrews; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great gt. grandchild; 1 brother, Emridge Andrews; numerous nieces, nephews, family & friends. Services will be held 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Ridgewood Heights, 116 Hanover Ave. Interment will follow at West Memory Gardens. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 am until time of service. The family of Artris wishes to send a special thanks to his Little Rock Missionary Church family, and the staff at Grafton Oaks Nursing Center.
