Arthur H. Smith, "Art," age 40 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born April 11, 1979 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Gary and Ella Smith Sr..
He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Art is survived by his siblings, Sally, Chris U., Gary, Jr.; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
