Arthur (Ralph) Stacy (Hibbits) Went to be with the Lord on October 26, 2006 after a long illness. Born March 30,1928 in Grundy Va. The son of Joseph Hibbits and Mary Lou (Collins) Stacy. Ralph was an old time mountain preacher that preached all the Gospel to all the world. He has been in the church ministry for over 60 years and in 1966 was the founder and general overseer of the All Gospel Church Of God. He was also the founder of the Victory Hill Bible Institute. Ralph retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base after 38 years as a security specialist. He was a lifetime member of the DAV. He served in the US Army and the Navy in WWII. He Married Annie (his special angel) in 1970 Together they shared a wonderful life and, they were pastor's of the All Gospel church Of God and sang praise to the Lord as the Country Revelators. Survivors include his wife Annie (his special angel), One son Raymond (Brenda) Stacy of Xenia, Ohio. Two daughters and one beloved son-in-law, Debbie and Phillip Newland of Fairborn, Ohio and Cheryl Sparks of Plattsburgh New York. Eight grandchildren. Raymond Stacy, Jerry Stacy of Fairborn Ohio, Crystal (Newland) Sandlin of Kettering, Ohio and Michael (Rikki) Newland of Fairborn and Amanda Clausen, David Taitt and Turk (Francis Jr.) all of Plattsburgh New York. 13 Great grandchildren Kayla, Merisa, Jordan, Maya Taitt of Plattsburgh New York Keara, Ethan Taitt of Plattsburgh New York Eddie and Sage Clausen of Plattsburgh New York. Caleb Newland of Kettering. Ohio Amanda Newland, Danny Cole, and Sidney Newland and Cameron Stacy all of Fairborn, Ohio 5 brothers Richard Hibbits, Cylde Hibbits, Ernest Hibbits,Walter (John) Stacy, Bobby Stacy. 4 sisters Edna Hibbits, Ordia Stacy, Louisa Stacy and Peggy Stacy all of Grundy Va. Proceeded in death by His parents Joseph Hibbits and Mary Lou (Collins) Stacy, 6 sisters Patricia Stacy, Brudith Jerleen Stacy, Myrtle Stacy, Hazel Tennessee Stacy, Joann Hibbits, and Janet Hibbits. 8 Brothers, Billy Hibbits, Albert (Marvin) Stacy, Ernest (Blaine) Stacy, Keister Stacy, Johnny Stacy, Paul Clayton Stacy, Ronnie Stacy, and Rufus Robertson. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 29, 2006 from 4-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where funeral services will be held Monday, October 30, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Cecil Wright officiating. Laid to rest at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn, Ohio.
