Arthur Eugene Fulmer

Arthur Eugene Fulmer, age 96 of Beavercreek, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Soin Medical Center. He was born August 20, 1920 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of the late Harry A. Fulmer and Ellen L. Lingle.
Arthur is survived by his wife of nearly 75 years, Velma; two sons, Dennis A. (Diana) Fulmer, Roger E. (Ruth) Fulmer; two grandchildren, Rebecca (Robert) Berardi, Tracy (Matt) Hughes; six great-grandchildren, Alex and Morgan Berardi, Charlie, Henry, Abby and Ben Hughes.
Arthur served his country as a 1st Lt. in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Philippines. He is also a graduate of the University of Illinois. Arthur retired from the U.S. General Accounting office after 26 years of service.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the Alzheimer's Association OR the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
