Arthur Fields, age 76, of Carlisle, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 6, 2017.
Arthur was born in Powell County, KY on March 29, 1941 to the late George & Lucinda Fields. Arthur proudly served in the Army.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Alice Hardy, Davis Fields and Dora Leis.
Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Alice "Sue" Fields; children, Stewart Fields, William (Allison) Fields and Judy (Doug) Schacherer; grandchildren, Whitney, Kimberly, Lyndsey, Stephanie, Nolan, Zach, Mason, Haden and Drew; great-grandchildren, Rylee, Peyton, and C.J.; sisters, Christina Lloyd, Gladys (Melvin) Swafford and Judy Fields; sister-in-law, Brenda Fields; brother-in-law, Jim Hardy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 11am-1pm at Friendship Baptist Church (522 N. 12th St., Miamisburg, OH 45342). The service will follow at 1pm. Arthur will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Miamisburg.
