TIPTON, Arnold "Boat Paddle"
Age 79, of Riverside, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Dayton VA Hospital.
Arnold was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Tipton.
Arnold is survived by one brother, three sisters, three step-sons, one daughter-in-law, several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his companion, Ruth Henry, good friends, Dave & Gay Purnell, Tristan Purnell, Gavin Rightman, and by his special dog, Ginger.
He loved to hunt, play golf and shoot the breeze.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. The family will be receiving friends from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
