Arnold Ray Polley

Arnold Ray Polley, age 80 of Riverside, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the Dayton V.A. Medical Center. He was born March 26, 1939 in Lewis County, Kentucky, the son of the late Elwood and Hazzie Polley.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Dean and Windel Polley.
Ray is survived by his wife of 54 years, Esther Marie; son, Timothy (Kristen) Polley; daughter, Lisa (Bradley) Baker; granddaughters, Melissa and Marleigh Polley, Vivian, Evelyn and Violet Baker; sisters, Darlene (Dean) Walker, Diana (Jeff) Roark; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Ray is a veteran of the United States Army. He was also a member of Teamsters and was employed with Waste Management for nearly 29 years. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Polk Grove Cemetery, with military honors.
