Arline L. Lawlor-Kouns

Arline Louise Lawlor-Kouns, a waitress and resident of Dayton, OH, passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2021 at the age of 58 while at her home in Dayton.
Arline is survived by her children, Darrell (Amy) Hornback, Cody Kouns, Nicholas Kouns; her grandchildren Owen Hornback, Olivia Hornback, Rhys Kouns, David Kouns; her brothers; Brian Lawlor, Patrick Lawlor, Mark Lawlor, George Makros, Christopher Makros, Michael Makros, Andrew Makros, Steven Makros, Maurice Lawlor; and her sisters Maureen Lawlor, Donna Lawlor, Deanne Lawlor, Cathy Makros. She is predeceased by her husband; David Kouns; her parents; Maurice "Bud" Lawlor, Arline Griffin, Norma Lawlor; and her sister Marybeth Lawlor-Bourbeau.
Arline was a devoted friend, sister, daughter, mother, and grammy. She enjoyed going to the beach, spending time with her family, and being with her friends (who she considered family). She was a sought-after waitress at the Hasty Tasty and enjoyed harassing her customers in a loving way. She will be missed greatly.
A celebration of life is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on June 12, 2021 at The Church at Eastmont. Her son, Rev. Darrell Hornback will officiate.
