He is survived by Father, Charles Burt, Mother, Ruby Lee Perkins, Brothers, Reuben Perkins and Johnnyray Perkins, Cousin, Dorian Perkins.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 11:00 am also at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton South Chapel. He will be laid to rest at West Memory Gardens.
