Anton Behnken, Jr.

Anton "Tony" Behnken, Jr., age 77, of Huber Heights, passed away on December 14, 2021. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on January 7, 1944, the son of the late Anton Behnken and Louise Rush.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Loretta Behnken; children, Penny Schuler, Candy Huffman, Kathy Simonson and Ron (Jennifer) Schuler; grandchildren, Stephanie, April, Matt, Chelsea, Adam and Jacob; 7 great grandchildren; his half-brother, Fred Coates; and many other loving family and friends.
He proudly served his country by serving in the United States Marine Corps, during the Vietnam War. Tony retired from General Motors. In his free time, he enjoyed bowling and golfing. Tony had a great sense of humor and will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm, on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens.
