Forwerck, Anthony W. Sr., age 36 of Dayton, passed away on January 1, 2017. He was born in Dayton, OH on July 22, 1980 to Anita S. Thompson.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Nancy Forwerck; grandpa Bud Nagel; aunt Poodles
Tony is survived by his parents Anita and Tom; wife Costy; son T.J. (Anthony Jr.); daughter Laniyah; grandma Ruth Nagel; grandparents Bob and Edyth Longstreath; sister Misty (Reid) Corey, and Nicole Longstreath; brothers Bob (Marcy) Longstreath, Andy Longstreath, and Josh Anders; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and fishing. Tony was an avid Detroit Lions fan. More than anything he loved being a dad and enjoyed the time he spent with his children. Tony is loved by his family and will truly be missed.
The family will receive friends on Saturday January 7, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, starting at 5pm until time of service at 6pm. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to his children.
