WHITE, Anna Ruth age 75 of Dayton, born on December 3, 1929, in Big Stone Gap, VA, passed away Monday, May 23, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. She was preceded in death by her husband Amos Suel White, her infant son Amos Charles Jr., her parents Charles and Adeline Phillips and her brother Doug Phillips. She is survived by her children Charlene Mullins, Mary and husband Gene Bozarth, Cathey and husband William Johnson, all of OH, Teresa and husband Roy Gibson, Tony and wife Mary White, both of VA; 20 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; sisters Pat and husband Michael Biesner, of IN, Betty and husband Jimmy Howe, of IN and Pauline Moore, of OH; and a host of other relatives and friends. Ruth was a member of the Way Of The Cross Open Bible Church where she volunteered for many years. She worked with the Helping Hands Ministry, providing food and clothing for the needy. Ruth was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Thursday, May 26, 2005 at Way Of The Cross Open Bible church 612 Beatrice Drive, with Rev. William Loudermilk officiating. Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Road. Interment at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
