Age 71, of New Carlisle, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2008, at Dayspring Health Care Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and two brothers.
Anna is survived by one daughter, Deborah Clark; one son, Jeffery Clark; one granddaughter, Emerald Clark; one sister, Lillie (Bob) Smith; two brothers, Donald Smith & Ronnie Smith; and by extended family & friends.
Anna was a 40 year member of Medway Baptist Church. She will be remembered as being a loving mother & grandmother.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday (9/6), at the Medway Baptist Church, 11027 Gerlaugh Road, Medway, Ohio 45344. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Anna to the Dayton Area Diabetes Assoc., 2555 S. Dixie Dr., Dayton, Ohio 45409.
