Anna Parker, age 87, passed away February 14, 2012. She was born August 18, 1924 in Sutton, WV to the late Earle and Delila Morrison. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Earl Parker; and 7 brothers and sisters.
Anna is survived by her children: Jean (Gene) Boitnott, Mary (Les) Soliday and David (Mary) Parker; and 5 grandchildren.
Anna was a member of North Riverdale Grace Brethren Church for over 60 years. Anna enjoyed crocheting and knitting, and was a caregiver to all.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, February 17, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Contributions may be made in Anna's memory to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420. Burial to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
