KELLY, Anna M. age 81 passed away October 29, 2011 at Oak Creek Terrace Nursing Home.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Garry and Steve Lawson; brother, Carl Collins; and sister, Roberta Farnish.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Young; brothers, Arnis, Linnie, Richard James, and Jessie; sister, Velma Payton; grandchildren, Lissie Lawson, Aaron Lawson, Brooke Lawson, Joshua Kearns, and Tyler Young; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Anna was born in Cincinnati and worked in the dry cleaning industry in the late 60's in downtown Cincinnati. She later went to work at The Leather Specialty Co. where she retired after 21 years of dedicated service and went to work for the Holiday Inn Sharonville. She was recognized on several occasions for her customer service and dedication to make sure children were safe in the pool area. Anna had a passion for cooking and gardening. Nothing pleased her more than preparing a feast for family and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, November 03, 2011 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home – Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia RD. Interment will be at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati.
