Ann Yount

Ann Yount (Roberts) made her final transition on December 22, 2024. Ann was born July 8, 1936, in Xenia, Ohio to Donald Roberts and Jesse Burke. Preceding her in death: a brother, Larry Roberts and sisters, Betty Rigney and Donna Hickle. She is survived by a sister, Janet Lainhart, and four children: Mark (Lynn) Grubb, Darryl Grubb, Jeff Grubb, and Michele (Troy) Sullens; grandchildren: Mark J. Grubb, Brittanie Schmitt, Matthew Grubb, Grant Sullens, Marilyn Grubb, special friends Irma (Frank) Schraer, cousin Wilma Parker, and many nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. 

 Ann graduated from Kiser High School in 1954. She worked as a secretary at Frigidaire, Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Jet Express. She loved Elvis Presley, baking, journaling, and scrapbooking.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Ann will be laid to rest at Spring Valley Township Cemetery in Spring Valley, Ohio.
