ANDREWS, Ann Maree, age 65, of Dayton, OH passed away on Wednesday February 13, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Euphemia "Fay" Cushwa.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Rick Andrews; children, Scott, Jaime, Angie, and Nick; grandchildren, Dustin, Alexis, Destiny, Ashton, Kristyn, and Jaclyne; brothers, Bud and Michael; niece, Jess; best friends, Patty Roush, Chris Michaels and Lynn Zeisler; aunt, Sandi (Arve) Wells; in-laws, Barb and Dick Rentz, Jack and Gail Andrews, Judy and Joe Black; friends, Don and Elaine Wilbur; and numerous extended family in Australia.
